      Yes, It is a shocking development but it is really entertaining to watch. Maybe FIDE has to think about having this format to crown the World Champion like Tennis.

    Yes this is a very interesting reading!
    I think that one of the specific traits of the strongest players is that they are fearless.
    They have removed the fear to lose (and maybe also the “fear” to win, hurting somehow other people).
    It’s not that they don’t care about the results,they do care, but they simply are not afraid.
    Inner fears paralyses thoughts, even if we don’t even realize this fact consciously.
    I can fancy that Lasker during his games very seldom had any fear,and the more he get old, the less fear he had.
    Bobby Fischer? I’ts been said that perhaps he really was afraid of losing at some point in time…
    Just my opinion though…..

      Lots of modern top players believe in ‘playing good moves’. Meaning that you should focus on playing the best move in every given position (instead of thinking about the final result).
